Pumpkin Patch

What’s fall without a trip to the pumpkin patch! We headed out this morning in hopes that the place we were going was actually there… don’t worry, it was. We were a little nervous when we pulled in and saw a line of cars ahead of us, but it actually wasn’t too crowded. The farm had goats (although Elijah insists they were lambs), pigs, and turkeys out to look at… don’t touch… they bite. There was also face painting, ice cream, a hayride and a pumpkin patch. Elijah’s favorite thing to do was look at the pigs, but he did enjoy the hay ride and trekking through the pumpkin patch. He got to pick out his own baby pumpkin! Abigail really could have cared less that we were there, but hey, she’s only 9 months old. We put her in the middle of the pumpkins, but she just turned and crawled away. However, she does love looking at people and plenty were there for her to watch. All in all, it was a fun day for everyone.
